Knowledge & Experience:

Working on both small and highly complex projects for more than 35 years, Joe has a vast understanding of home building and remodeling construction. Committed to utilizing the skills and experience developed through his personal and professional life, Joe joined the Creasey team nearly 11 years ago, and endlessly puts his talent to good use.

Today, as our Project Manager, Joe works to facilitate the entire home building and renovation process for our clients while he leads multi-discipline teams to the completion of a wide range of projects. From interior and exterior home renovations to kitchen and bath remodeling, master-suite additions, whole home remodeling, new home construction, and a whole lot more; Joe has a genuine appreciation for the diversity of the trade, and he is eager to share his talent with homeowners in Springfield, Illinois.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Initiates and manages projects from beginning to end
• Prepares and presents estimates
• Works to confirm the homeowner’s budget
• Coordinates tasks according to priorities and plans
• Handles approvals and permits
• Manages subcontractors
• Produces schedules and monitors attendance of on-site crew
• Communicates professionally with homeowners, architects, designers, sub-contractors
• Ensures workforce and resources are adequate
• Serves as carpenter and lead carpenter on-site, as needed
• Supervises the use of machinery and equipment (while on-site)
• Addresses and resolves all pre-construction concerns
• Reports on progress to homeowners, managers, subs, and our home office
• Works to complete projects on time and budget

• 6-years Commercial Construction
• 10-years Viable Ministry
• 4-years active duty, United States Marine Corps
