Knowledge and experience:

Justin has been involved in the construction industry throughout his entire life. He graduated from Southern Illinois University and established his family in 2009. In addition to his expertise in construction, Justin is a licensed Realtor with a strong background in both Construction and Real Estate.

Justin takes the lead in initiating and managing projects from start to finish, engaging with homeowners on a personal and meaningful level. One of his valuable skills that we are most grateful to leverage is his ability to understand the wants, needs, and expectations of homeowners—with no goal more significant than creating homes and spaces that homeowners will love now and for many years to come.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Initiates and manages projects from beginning to end

• Prepares and presents estimates

• Works to confirm the homeowner’s budget

• Coordinates tasks according to priorities and plans

• Handles approvals and permits

• Produces schedules and monitors attendance of on-site crew and sub-contractors

• Communicates professionally with homeowners, architects, designers, sub-contractors

• Supervises the use of machinery and equipment (while on-site)

• Monitors project expenditures and ensures they remain within a client’s budget

• Resolves problems if and when they arise with the homeowner or main office

• Reports on progress to homeowners, managers, home office, and subs

• Guarantees all safety precautions and quality standards are met

• Works to complete projects on time and budget

Most Rewarding Part of His Job:

Justin enjoys working with the homeowners to accomplish their personal goals. He finds it challenging and inspiring to present recommended solutions that surpass their expectations. He finds it especially gratifying when a project evolves from the earliest stages, or "ideation phase" and works through to completion --in less time, with better solutions, and under budget.
